Art preparation is easy with Priceless Imprinters! Simply place your order and send us your artwork. Camera-ready artwork may be emailed to us at Art@PricelessImprinters.com.

Camera-ready artwork?
Camera-ready refers to artwork that is sized and does not require touch-ups. We prefer the following formats:

• Vector-based artwork (.EPS, .Al, .CDR) with fonts included and outlined
• Hi-Resolution (at least 300dpi) . TIF, .JPG, and .BMP to size
• Illustrator CS3 or earlier, Photoshop CS3 (at least 1200 dpi) or earlier & Corel Draw 11.0 or earlier with fonts included. Programs are Mac or PC based.
• PDF file with fonts embedded
• Colors - PMS (Pantone Matching System), Tint Percent, 4-color (CMYK)

Film negatives or positives
Color hardcopy at least 600dpi on white paper that has not been folded, stapled or taped.

Fax

Enlarge to maximum size of page and fax to 1-888-LESS-FAX. E-mail formats are preferred.
Multi-color imprints require registration marks for each color.

No camera-ready artwork?
No problem! Fax us your logo from a business card, letterhead or other imprinted item. We suggest enlarging the image as much as possible. Our design staff will size it to fit your product.

Add type to your artwork?
Layout your imprint on a separate sheet of paper and send it back to us.

We will try to match the font on your layout, or you can select from our extensive library of fonts. Be sure to indicate your font style of preference: Bold,Italics, UPPER and/or lower case.

Imprint Areas?
Tell us where you want the imprint. For example: Top, front/back cover, pen barrel, left chest, etc…. Multiple imprint areas available on select items; may incur an additional charge.

Pre-proofs?
A pre-production proof is a sample of your imprinted logo or embroidering. When you place your order with Priceless Imprinters, you can request a pre-production proof. Priceless Imprinters will deliver to you just prior to your order being produced. Once you approve the sample, your order will be processed.
